Rain gardens have shown great success for water quality protection. Rain gardens are bio-retention areas that absorb stormwater runoff from impervious surfaces such as roof tops, streets, sidewalks, and parking lots. ![]() Rain gardens have been promoted through meetings, workshops, presentations, and through demonstrations projects.
